This would not be a good project for the average homeowner. That lintel is supporting the weight of the chimney above it. To remove and install a new lintel will require temprary support of the chimney on that side. Failing to do that can result in cracks, or even collapse of the chimney.
Turn off the gas supply to the stove. Disconnect the gas line from the stove. Remove the old stove from its location. Install the new gas stove in the designated area. Connect the gas line to the new stove. Turn on the gas supply and check for leaks. Test the new stove to ensure it is working properly.
The Coalbrookdale Darby wood/coal stove is no longer available new. Check out your favorite classifieds and the wood and coal forums for used ones. Expect to pay around $500.00+ for one in good shape. It's a heavy cast iron stove that weighs in at 560 lbs. Replacement parts are still available, but they're expensive. Good luck!

You can't. Buy a new one. WHY WAS IT IN THE STOVE?
The only way you can get new bricks is to update Lego Digital Designer to the latest version.
If your installer is experienced professional installer with proven track record and references then you would have no problem allowing him to cut the chimney. Keep in mind that this type of job should only be done by someone who is experienced. If your wood stove installer is NOT experienced get in touch with the contractor who installed your tin roof and ask if they have the qualifications to do it.
I talked to an antique stove collector in Indiana today who says the this is not a very desireable stove for collectors. And I should concider myself lucky to get 250.00 for it. I paid $100 for it and will be asking $250.00 for mine in the buy sell bulitin based on what a new and comperable stove would cost. They are in the 400 to 500 dollar range. So sorry no value as an antique.
