It really goes pretty quickly all you need is a pliers to pull the pins that connect the mower deck to the tractor out. Start at the front and remove the 2 pins on on either side that hold the bars to the front of the mower deck. Then disconnect the cable at the rear of the mower deck from the cable stop. Disconnect the rear arms same as the front. There might be 2 more depending on the exact model up near the front tires. You should now be able to slide the mower deck out from under the tractor. Now you can see where the belt goes. Put the belt on the front(engine) pulley. working toward the back it will go around one stationary idler pulley and one tensioning idler pulley roughly opposite the stationary one and around the drive pulley, you might find its easiest to do the tensioning idler last. Reinstall the mower deck and voila. First time I did it took me about 25 min. mostly just locating all the pins to remove.

There is no such thing as a Fly Wheel Belt, unless your refurring to the timing belt which is hooked to the crankshaft which the fly wheel bolts to... The Timing Belt is on the front of the engine.
I have the rear wheel removed already.

One should always consult the owner's manual before attempting such a procedure. To replace the drive belt, one must first remove the mower deck. Then remove the old belt and belt guides. Follow the belt threading diagram on the underside of the tractor to place the new belt on the tractor. Replace the belt guides and the mower deck to finish.
If a wheel has been remove like to fix a flet, then a key. If not then the drive disc could be worn out or the belt is slipping. * If that doesn't work check to see if the bolt connecting the drive belt to the axle snapped off.
The drive belt is a Craftsman #140294 The deck belts are Craftman #'s 180808 & 174368
Replacing the timing belt isn't that hard of a job. You will have to jack up your car, and take off the driver side tire. This should expose the three belts. The timing belt should be th inner most belt. To make sure you know which belt is the timing belt, follow it and see where it goes. The belt that goes to your cam shaft(located on top of the engine covered by a black cover.) There should be a wheel that the belt goes onto. When the cams rotate, the rotate the wheel, which rotates the timing belt, which rotates the other two belts, keeping everything in time. The bottom wheel should have a bolt on it in the middle of the wheel. If you loosen that bolt, the wheel will be able to move, thus allowing you to tighten or loosen the belt(once it is on the wheel.) So you will have to take off the other belts, and then loosen the bolt on the lower wheel (the wheel that the timing belt goes around) and then remove and replace the belt. This is all from my memory, but if you just get in there you could easily do this job.
