The weight of 15mm MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) typically ranges from about 600 to 800 kg per cubic meter. Therefore, a standard 1.22m x 2.44m sheet of 15mm MDF weighs approximately 15 to 20 kg, depending on the specific density of the board. Always check the manufacturer's specifications for the most accurate weight.

Slab 15mm
A 15mm mass is relatively small, equivalent to about the size of a small marble or a large bead. To visualize it, a standard paperclip is roughly 33mm long, so 15mm is less than half that length. In terms of weight, the mass would depend on the material; for example, a 15mm steel sphere would weigh more than one made of plastic.
MDF isn't sold 'by the metre'. -It's sold as 4 x 8 sheets,and a 3/4" sheet is about $ 25 in my area.
MDF furniture won't last quite as long as real wood, but it's much cheaper and may be a better alternative.
mdf is strong but not very strong
