How old do you have to be to be a model?

Most runway models are scouted at an early age, especially girls. Most female runway models are between 13-17 years of age. Male runway models usually start in their late teens into adulthood.

It depends on the type of modeling you are interested in. There are baby and child models, teen models (13-17), fashion/runway models (13-24) and commercial/print models (13 and older). There is also lifestyle modeling for older models ranging from 25 years of age and older.
