I fix a lot of interior and exterior doors and the majority of the time the problem is related to two items. One, the hinges are loose, adjust/tightening them helps. Sometimes you may have to replace the screws with longer ones. Note: Most doors are butted and shimmed to doubled 2"x4"'s, you can use a 4" all purpose coarse thread screw to replace the existing screws (Don't set you electric drill too tight, as it can over tighten the screw and damage your moldings.) Two, The weatherstripping is giving you issues.
Yes, it has one. Is there a question?
To fix a door that swings open, you can adjust the hinges by tightening the screws or adding a shim to make the door fit more snugly in the frame. You can also install a door stopper or a door closer to control the swing of the door.
To fix doors that swing open, you can adjust the hinges, tighten the screws, or install a doorstop to prevent excessive swinging.
Unlock it.
get a new door handle.
To fix a sticking door, you can try sanding down the edges of the door or the door frame to create a smoother surface. You can also check if the hinges are loose and tighten them if needed. Additionally, applying lubricant to the hinges can help the door swing more smoothly.
The easiest thing to do would be to bring it to a local mechanic. They will be able to figure out why the door will not open and fix it without further damaging it or the car.
buy a new lock
the car door must be open almost all the way, for the gas door to release
lift door handle, using screwdriver, move latch forward....will open
you have to just keep trying to open it
Have you checked the rear hatch glass ?? Open it and reclose it firmly.
