Most mobile homes have wood panel walls with studs on 16" centres. If the holes are large enough to poke your finger in, then cut a small piece of wood, preferably 1/4 inch thick and fit it in the hole, hold it in place blocking the back of the hole with 2 wallboard screws, then fill the hole with caulk like Alex ll or spackle.
