You haven't said where you are, so the only option is to say - call a few floor layers in YOUR area and get an hourly rate, or better still ask them to look first and give a cost for the whole job.

on simple 3 in base in tract houses I was paid 8 to 12 cents a ft. for base 5 to 8 in tall with outside corners you have to make yourself probably 30 to 40 cents a foot and used to pay 50 cents for each outside corner. these prices could be way different now since the housing market is in the toilet.
