You must go to Dimble Wood and find all the attack pieces and go to Plack Beach and keep going until you see a path that leads left. Keep going and you'll see a dude who is purple and use your Snack Basket attack on him. He'll give you the last star cure.

To get Broggy Bonker, you gotta find all 15 blitties around the kingdom, and return 'em to the shop owner in Dimble Wood. Broggy Bonker costs 20 special points, unless you have a item that decreases the price of a special attack.
