Cardboard is a good insulator because it is composed of cellulose fibers that trap air, which reduces heat transfer. The air pockets within the cardboard create a barrier that slows down the conduction of heat, making it effective for thermal insulation. Additionally, cardboard is lightweight and non-conductive, which further enhances its insulating properties. This makes it useful for various applications, such as packaging and building insulation.
Cotton is an isulator because it does not transfer electric charge easily:) :)

It is not a good idea to use cardboard to store things in because cardboard attracts moisture if the area is damp, even a basement floor that appears dry could be slightly damp resulting in moisture collecting under the cardboard and give mold.
Here's a good link!
it's not a cardboard box!
Teflon is an insulator. It has high electrical resistance and does not conduct electricity.
Yes it is. george w bush
Yes because an isulator is something that electricity can't flow through easily.
plastic, paper, wood, cardboard, and rubber are all good insulators
It depends where you lay the cardboard. If you lay it on carpet it won't bounce well. If you lay it on concrete it will bounce good.
Because it can get soaked an loose up.
