you cant get James Stewart's helmet, red bull only let mx vs ATV make James Stewart wear his helmet
all ages are required to wear a motorcycle helmet, unless you live in a state where there are no helmet requirement... but there are not too many states that don't have a helmet requirement
I would say absolutely yes. A number of people are killed or badly injured every year on ATVs. If we expect motorcyclists to wear helmets, we must hold ATV riders to the same standards. Then again, it is a matter of law, or lack-there-of.
In Oklahoma, riders 17 and younger are required by law to wear helmets. If you are over 17, you are not required by law to wear a helmet
That depends on where you are. States/provinces and municipalities decide whether or not a helmet is required.
You're not required by law to wear a helmet but i suggest u do
All Bicycle riders under 18 are required to wear a helmet
For a while he didn't have to, but then the NHL required the use of a helmet.
Motorcycle rider and passengers are required to wear a helmet in california. It is a good law since chances of surviving a motorcycle crash without a helmet are slim.
they are required
In Utah, individuals must be at least 16 years old to operate an ATV (all-terrain vehicle) without restrictions. Those under 16 can drive an ATV if they are under the supervision of a parent or guardian or have completed an approved safety training course. Additionally, all ATV operators are required to wear a helmet regardless of age.
Typically there is not much required in the way of safety equipment needed to operate a mini all terrain vehicle (ATV). A helmet is required, but beyond that, typically only a land use permit is required and that is not applicable in all areas.
