yes you should be able to. Spacers may have to be replaced or washers for the Busa swingarm but it should bolt right up. The axle though for the 2 different wheels may not be the same. I know that for the front for example, the busa axle was just a bit longer when I installed some chrome busa wheels on my 02 Gixxer 600 that I had. But Busa and Gixxer parts for the most part are all interchangeable. Good luck.
