Most states (perhaps all states) require a separate motorcycle endorsement to ride a motorcycle on the street.
125 is two stroke is good
depends how old you are and how big you are. if you are about5'6 id say you fit on an 125 that's what i ride if you cant handle a 125 yet i recomend a smaller 125 such as the ttr 125 if you tjink you can handle it ride an rm if you buy it and its to big there is a shock under the spring you can loosen so when you sit on it it will lower it. im 13 and i ride a suzuki rm 125 if that helps
Suzuki DRZ 125 is best dirt bike ever.
Yamaha TTR125 is the best dirt bike. I think it’s a good idea for a beginner to use a dirt bike with low engine power. Yamaha TTR is a perfect mid-size beginner bike; it has a 124 CC engine with four strokes.
There is not a specific height you have to be... it all depends on how comfortable you are on that bike. I ride a RM 125 and i can hardly touch the ground, yet i race it. I would suggest starting out with as big of a bike as you can get. -woody.eldridge@yahoo.com
No because I ride a 125 and I'm 6,8 300 pounds and still top speed is 70

Ask your local bike shop, maybe on a FULL licence (not 125) but you would probably need to be restricted to below 33 bhp, not sure
My 2012 125 does about 80
