That depends quite a bit on what kind of Vespa you have (modern 4 stroke or vintage 2 stroke). A vintage Vespa uses 2 stroke oil that is mixed with the gas that is burned during the combustion cycles. A vintage Vespa usually uses non detergent 30w, you could probably use 5w30 in a pinch but it is not reccomended because it changes the viscosity and has detergents and foaming agents which are not bennificail to your clutch or other components. A newer Vespa would take 20w50 just like most motorcycles (Vespa reccomends proprietary brand).
Use only SAE 5w30.
for 4.0l/ 4.7l H.O. use 10w30 for 4.7l use either 10w30 or 5w30 but 5w30 is preferred
5w20 or 5w30 up to 100,000 miles.
No, it is not recommended to use 5w30 Nulon in your 2013 Fiesta petrol.

5w30 for first 3oo miles and then 5w30 synthetic
Yes you can use 5W20 oil instead of 5W30. One is just thicker then the other. The 5W20 is better in the winter and the 5W30 is better in the summer.
