To change the back tire on a Baja mini bike, first, ensure the bike is on a stable surface and secure it to prevent it from tipping over. Remove the wheel by loosening the axle nuts with a wrench and sliding the wheel off the axle. Once the wheel is removed, deflate the tire, then use tire levers to pry the old tire off the rim and detach the inner tube. Install the new tire and inner tube onto the rim, ensuring proper alignment, and reattach the wheel to the bike, tightening the axle nuts securely.
The Baja Heat mini bike has a 200cc 6.5 Hp size engine.

There's an adjustment nut on the hand grip for the throttle cable. Back it out to make the throttle tighter, and screw it in for looser.
