Yes
You do need a valid driver's license to operate a Honda Metropolitan motor scooter in Kansas. You do not need a motorcycle license.
Yes you do. You need a Class M license to operate a Scooter that is over 49.5cc You do not need a Class M license for a Moped (it has to have pedals on it) you just need your Class C license.
No, you do not need a driver's license to be able to operate and drive an electric scooter. However, you do need one or at least a driving permit to be able to operate a moped.
In CA you need an M2 license. I'm not sure about Georgia though.
Id believe so.
If its 50cc yes.Less than 50cc,for example 49.4cc no.
Yes and you need a motorcycle endorcement on it...under 50cc you do not.
yes and not only 150cc but for 50cc as well, and insurance.
Arizona requires anyone driving a scooter on a public road to have a valid drivers license. You do not need a motorcycle endorsement.
No, you have to register it and it has to be inspected and insured but as long as you have a valid drivers license for a car you don't need a motorcycle license for a scooter under 50cc in PA. I have a Honda Metropolitan and rode it for three years before getting my motorcycle license.
Please check the requirements in the motorcycle manual (related link).
to operate a scooter on the roadway you do need a driver's license. should your scoot be bigger than 50cc's, you also need a "motorcycle endorsement", having a separate operations test (and a written one too? it's been a while...) which shouldn't be a problem if you can ride...
