hi i used to race this bike in 1980 i used to use 4 star petrol and then mix silcolene oil if i remember right it was 2 or 3 cap fulls to a gallon of petrol

I have a 2002 suzuki and the fuel pump was inside the fuel tank on mine and the fuel filter sat at the top of it. you have to take the tank off to get it done. Sorry.
Code 19 on a Suzuki Swift means not enough fuel is getting dispersed. You should check the fuel filter and fuel lines first.
