Here are several opinions and answers from FAQ Farmers: * You can change the pulleys on it. * Some scooters don't use a CVT transmission, and some instead use standard gear transmissions. If it is a gear transmission, the you can get a different sprocket, whether it is the gear on the actual tranmission, or on the rear wheel, it should make your scooter faster. if you cant find a decent site, try www.scooterparts4less.com it's a pretty good site with lots of parts. If you don't know what part you need you can also select 'view scooter types', as they do also have electric and gas. You can get a bigger port carburretor, thus incresing air flow and will have bigger jet which increases fuel intake. If you have the time you could re-bore the cylinder barrell and fit an oversized piston.A cheaper option is to fit a boost bottle into the manifold(may require fine tuning). The boost bottle takes the spent fuel/air mixture and makes it purer on the return stroke back into the engine9installing this can add up to 5mph is tuned correctly).Fitting an adjustable racing clutch lets you adjust the springs to best acheive your needs of the power band of your engine. Also you can substitute the rev limiter for an unlimited one which stops your engine from limiting it's revs. There are many more options available but these are the basic upgrades.
