There is two adjustments in the cable. One up by the lever and if needed one on the right side of the motor. You want to take most of the freeplay out of the lever. But not all of it! You should leave a little freeplay in you lever and you should be all set.

It's a hydraulic clutch so its self adjusting. If your having problems the clutch itself may be bad or your slave cylinder may be going bad.
