That's kind of a vague question. There are any number of "adjustments" you can make to a carb. I just rejetted the carb on my '06 1200, and there's at least 4 different ways I can adjust it. You can do a simple idle adjustment, change the mixture with the idle adjustment screw, changing the jets, adjusting needle height, etc.
What are you looking to do? You should know a thing or two about carbs before you do anything to it. And buy a shop manual.
