Raise the front wheels off of the ground, remove the red rubber plug on the hub, turn the wheel until you see an adjuster wheel (there will one for each brake shoe, two per wheel), turn the adjuster wheel with a small pry bar in the direction of the arrow next to it, the adjuster will stop turning when the brake shoe contacts the drum, back off the adjuster 2 clicks and continue to the next adjuster.
