There is a wrench in your toolkit that will allow you to do this.
Remove the plastic cover behind where the key goes, there you will find your tool kit.
Once you pull your toolkit out you should be able to see the shock, it will have a bunch of holes on a silver ring, each hole will be numbered. Take your wrench out of your toolkit and spin the silver ring until you reach the desired settings
Use the half moon key, sold at Honda dealers for $5. Place on the holes that are drilled at the bottom of the chrome shock. Adjust to the lowest number.

i'm not an expert on this..but i heard that brakes self adjust.
To adjust the rear shock on a mountain bike, locate the shock's air valve and use a shock pump to add or release air pressure. Increase pressure for a firmer ride and decrease pressure for a softer ride. Consult the manufacturer's guidelines for recommended pressure levels based on your weight and riding style.
you unlock the lock collar at the top and take all the wait off the back suspension then just adjust the lower ring thebn tighten the lock collar back down
