The correct mark on the Flywheel is You will see F and (T) Look under the letter (T) there should be 2 marks The second mark is T.D.C. not the (T). Line that 2nd Line up with the piece of casted thin metal you cannot miss it, Then look at the Cam shaft it should have 3 Holes "The 2 small holes should be lined up perfectly with the cylinder head mating surface of where the valve cover seals to the cylinder head" & "The one big hole on the Cam Shaft Sprocket should be pointing up at a 45 Dagree angle when you look at it while the other 2 are perfectly lined up with the Valve Cover & Head mating Surface" Best Setting for GY6150 vales is 0.03 intake and 0.05 Exhaust.

Not all engines with the same displacement have the same power. This being said, a 200 cc engine usually has around 30 horsepower.
i have a buggy that wieghts around that much and it has a 150cc Gy6 clone enigine in it not really sure about hp (5-8) pulling 7000 rpms
