While I am not familiar with this exact motorcycle, the adjuster usually is a "dial" that threads into the perch and lever assembly itsself. By turning the adjuster counterclockwise or away from you loosens the cable, turning it clockwise or towards yourself takes the slack out of the cable removing the freeplay in the lever.

Some motorcycle clutch cables have adjusters built in a few inches or so from the perch that essentially accomplish the same thing. The cable will pass thru what looks like a hollow bolt that will have 2 nuts on it. One is a "jamb" nut used to secure the adjustment nut and the other will rotate on the "hollow bolt" itsself. Again "right tighty-lefty loosey".
