It does not have one. The timing is controlled by the computer. You must have a OBDII engine scanner to adjust the timing. If you did not have the distributor out are move it then there is no reason to adjust the timing. It is done automatically by the computer.

as long as the cam timing is set correctly there should be no reason to check ignition timing because there is no way to adjust it anyway. if there is a spec it should be under the hood on a white label.
To adjust the timing on a 1999 Ford Ranger 2.5, first ensure the engine is at operating temperature and the vehicle is parked on a level surface. Disconnect the spout connector to set the timing to base. Use a timing light to check the timing mark on the crankshaft pulley against the timing indicator on the engine block. If adjustment is needed, loosen the distributor clamp bolt and rotate the distributor until the timing is set to the specified degree, then retighten the clamp and reconnect the spout connector.
To adjust the timing on a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500, first ensure the engine is at operating temperature and then disconnect the timing connector, usually located near the distributor. Next, use a timing light to check the current timing specifications, which are typically found on the emissions label or in the owner’s manual. If adjustments are needed, carefully rotate the distributor to advance or retard the timing until it aligns with the correct specification. Finally, reconnect the timing connector and recheck the timing to ensure it’s set properly.
To adjust the distributor on a 1999 Dodge 5.9L engine, first, ensure the engine is off and disconnected from the battery. Locate the distributor, and mark its current position for reference. Loosen the distributor hold-down bolt slightly, then rotate the distributor to adjust the timing as needed. After adjustment, tighten the hold-down bolt and reconnect the battery, then check the timing using a timing light to ensure it's set correctly.
