The spark plug is tucked down in the cooling fins of the engine. The plug wire is the only wire going to the top of the motor, follow it down to the plug. Your tool kit has a plug socket that can be used to remove the plug. If you have a hard time try using a deep well socket, 4-6in extension and a breaker bar. If the plug has never been removed then it could be frozen in place. In this case spray a liberal amount of PB blaster or some other penetrating lube on the plug and try it again the next day.

WARNING: Most penetrating lubes, especially PB blaster, are highly flammable. Make sure your engine is cold and disconnect your battery to avoid sparks which may ignite the fluid.
