On the underside of the right side frame, below your oil filler tube. If your bike is sitting on it's stand, you will have to lay down beside the bike to see it. There is a round section with an Allen head/ socket cap type plug. It is towards the rear of the frame, just in front of your swingarm. It is not under the engine.
The 2003 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softtail transmission drain plug is on the bottom of the transmission. The drain plug is flush with the bottom of the transmission. You can remove it with a half inch ratchet.

The plug on the shifter side is the oil drain plug. The one on the braking side is the transmission fluid drain plug.
The drain plug is located in the frame itself, under the right side of the bike. Use a 5/8 socket
Prop the bike up so that the softtail sits level. Remove the oil filler cap. Remove the drain plug, located at the rear of the transmission cross member. Remove the oil filter case and the filter. Replace the filter and reinstall the drain plug. Fill the bike with fresh oil to the proper level.
Drain plug on the bottom
The oil drain plug on a Harley Davidson 003 Dyna Wide Glide is located on the left side of the oil drain pan. The right side contains the transmission drain plug.
The oil drain plug on a 2001 Harley Davidson Road Glide is located on the bottom of the engine. It allows the coil to be quickly drained during maintenance.
On a 1993 Harley Davidson Low Rider custom, the transmission drain plug is underneath the transmission. The filler plug is on the side of the transmission case.
