There's a large rubber hose under the right side of the oil tank. At the bottom end of this hose is a steel plug held in place by a hose clamp. Remove that clamp, pull out the plug and the oil will drain from the tank.
I'm assuming you're referring to motor oil as opposed to transmission or chaincase oil.

Locate drain hose under oil tank on right side of bike, loosen clamp at bottom of hose, remove metal plug from end of hose, drain oil into suitable container.
The drain plug for a 1999 Harley Davidson soft tail is located at the bottom of the oil tank. There is a rubber hose leading to the frame, follow it to the right side of the frame. It is located under the bike on the frame.
On the right side under the oil tank back by the tire u will see a rubber hose with a plug in the end of it hooked on the frame. Unhook from frame, remove plug and this will drain your oil taink.
You can find the 1993 Toyota oil drain plug on the bottom of the oil pan. The oil drain plug will be in the center of the oil pan, near the front.
