The bearings in the connecting rod are meant to be replaced when they wear out, the top end bearing is easy to replace. The piston comes off and the bearing will slide right out of the con rod; however, the bottom end bearing requires that the engine case be split USING THE CORRECT TOOLS (look up "tusk case splitter") as the case is easily damaged by prying the halves apart. Once the crankshaft has been removed from the case, you will have to use a hydraulic shop press to press the halves of the crankshaft apart. The bearing should slide off unless it failed so catastrophically that it has welded itself to the crank. New bearing goes on, con rod goes on, halves of the crank are then pressed back together. The crankshaft MUST be trued using V-blocks and dial gauges, it can't just "look right". If the crank isn't true the vibrations when running will make the bike unrideable at least, at most the engine will actually explode.
You cannot fix a rod bearing. Bearings must be replaced. While it is possible to replace a single rod set, a bottom end overhaul might be the way to go. The rational here is that if one bearing is bad, how far off are the others? In addition, if crank shaft journal service is necessary, the machine shop will supply that correct bearing size after machining .
that's going to be difficult to re pare. you might as well change the bearing.
How do you fix a rear wheel bearing for a Lexus ls400
Usually a bottom end bearing problem mostly caused by lack of oil changes or high mileage on engine. You can try to replace the bearings but usually it's a temporary fix at best as there is probably crankshaft wear.

If you are talking about the crankshaft then the thrust bearing main cap is trashed. Crank may be worn too. Time for a crank kit / rebuild job if you do it right.
Your bottom bracket may be creaking due to loose or worn-out components. To fix it, you can try tightening the bottom bracket or replacing it with a new one if necessary.
