The easiest thing to do would be to contact a import/export agency or company near you. They can help you a lot with it if its even possible. The laws on importing items can get very complicated and a agent would be able to help with that part. If its not a bike that's normally sold in the US you may have a lot of work to do to actually get it here. The pricing can range from really expensive to outrageously high. Some items there is just no possible way to obtain as customs won't allow it once again that's where a import/export company comes in since they can give you more info up front and there is usually at least one in every major city although I would probably call around to try and find the best rates.

Import, form Saudi Arabia
To import a Big Dog motorcycle into British Columbia, you need to ensure it complies with Canadian safety and emissions standards. First, obtain a Vehicle Import Form (Form 1) from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and complete it. You'll also need to provide proof of ownership and possibly pay applicable duties and taxes. Finally, once the motorcycle arrives, you must register it with the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) and obtain a license plate.
