I hate to pop the bubble, but if you have to ask, you should not proceed. The Honda will often smoke out the cam bearings and the head could need replaced. Consult a professional.
An oil pump on a 1994 Honda Civic is found in the bottom end of the engine. To replace the oil pump the engine will require a rebuild as the crankshaft will have to come off as well.

Depends. If you are rebuilding the bottom end . Wiesco has a bottom end rebuild kit . I dont know how much . But if you are rebuilding just the top end . You can find top end rebuild kits for pretty low . About 90 dollars.
