Open the battery access panel on the left side just below the seat, pull out from the top and the plastic panel should detach relatively easily from the clips holding it on. Detach and wrap the ground. Detach the battery bracket. Pull battery out to where you can access hot lead. Detach lead without grounding. Extract battery.

You will probably be OK as long as you don't change the intake.
First, Let me say that an original Harley service manual is your friend. I have a 2007 Dyna Superglide Custom. Facing the bike from the right (battery) side, remove the one screw on the bottom part of the battery box cover. Remove the negative cable screw. Remove the positive cable screw. Take care not to lose the star washers for each cable connect. Undo the rubber strap holding in the battery. Pull the battery out. Reverse the process to install the new battery.
On a 2007 Harley-Davidson Sportster, the fuses are located in the fuse box, which is typically found under the seat. To access it, you'll need to remove the seat by loosening the bolts or fasteners. The fuse box cover can then be lifted off to reveal the fuses for various electrical components of the motorcycle. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific fuse locations and ratings.
It would be advisable to consult your Harley Dealer to get the answer to that.
Beginning with the 2007 model year, all Sportsters were fuel injected.
Under the seat, beneath the left side cover on the inside of the plate, (the module is on outside).
Unfortunately not: The 07 Sporties are EFI (fuel injected), thus requiring o2 sensors (and sensor bungholes) in the exhaust. 06 bikes, on the other hand are use a cv carb that does not need the sensors or bungs.
Find your battery. Remove the negative post first. Then positive. Install new battery. Hook up positive post first, then negative. VROOM!
