To replace the front bearings on a 450 Foreman ATV, first, lift the ATV and remove the front wheels. Next, take off the brake caliper and the hub assembly by unscrewing the axle nut and using a puller if necessary. After removing the hub, extract the old bearings using a bearing puller, clean the housing, and install the new bearings, ensuring they are seated properly. Finally, reassemble the hub, caliper, and wheels, and check for smooth rotation.

99 foreman 450 has it on the front of the frame behind bumper. I had to remove winch to see it properly.
Start with a huge hammer, if that doesn't work get a pair of pliers and a blowtorch.
Look on the front crossmember at the center and you will find it.

To remove the front drive shaft on a 2001 Honda Foreman 450 ES, first ensure the ATV is on a flat surface and securely supported. Disconnect the front differential by removing the bolts that secure it, and then detach the drive shaft from the front differential and the front axle. Be sure to mark or remember the orientation of the parts for reassembly. Finally, slide the drive shaft out of the transmission or drive case.

No, a Honda Rancher 350 rear axle will not work on a Honda 450 Foreman. The two models have different specifications, dimensions, and designs, which means their axles are not interchangeable. If you're looking to replace the rear axle on a Foreman, it's best to use parts specifically designed for that model. Always consult the owner's manual or a parts specialist for compatibility.
