It's pretty darn straight forward. Your shop manual will tell you how. You basically unscrew the bolts that hold the air cleaner cover, pull the cover off (and put it somewhere you won't get it scratched up). When you pull the cover off, the filter element will be staring you straight in the face. There should be a couple bolts holding it in place. Pull em out, put your new filter element on (you may want to put loctite on these), and put the cover back on. Et voila.
