With the clock showing on the panel, press and hold both buttons in. When the hour starts blinking, use the adj. button to advance it to the number you want, hit the select button to move to minutes and then do the same. Hit the select button again to lock it in.
On my 2002 suzuki grand vitara I set the clock by pressing and holding the *disp* button to the right of the *<<* *>>* arrows( located at the right middle area of the stereo). Hold the disp button and push the << button to set the hours and >> button to set the minutes.

uhm i dont think you can set an alarm clock, but you can have a clock on your zune. go to settings and scroll till you see clock, click 'show clock' to yes and set the time to either 12 or 24 hour setting then set your time
