To shift on a CRF80F, first, ensure you’re in the correct gear for your speed. Use the left foot to press down on the gear lever to shift into a lower gear or lift it up to shift into a higher gear. Always pull in the clutch lever fully before shifting to prevent damage to the transmission. Remember to practice smooth throttle control and timing to maintain a steady ride.
