No, a KTM 85 kick start lever does not fit a KTM 65. The two models have different engine designs and kick start mechanisms, meaning their components are not interchangeable. It's important to use parts specifically designed for each model to ensure proper fit and functionality. Always consult the manufacturer's specifications or a parts dealer for the correct parts.

no it does not
When the KTM 65 SX kick start mechanism is over-tightened, it can cause excessive pressure on the internal components, leading to binding or locking up. This can result in misalignment or damage to the kick start gear and shaft, preventing smooth operation. Proper torque specifications are crucial to ensure that the kick start functions correctly without causing unnecessary stress on the system. Always refer to the manufacturer's guidelines for proper assembly and maintenance.
