You have to start in the back and work your way forward: Pop off the pad on the backrest, take the cover off the tool compartment, take the tools or whatever is occupying that space out. There may be a block of foam in the bottom of the compartment. Remove that and you will see the head of a single 10mm bolt. Take that off and the rear pad comes off. From there you take out the two 10mm bolts holding the bracket on that the rear pad was connected to. That will loosen up the driver seat and it lifts right off.
