90 to 95 mph but depends on the size
I have had various high quality street legal dirt bikes over the years, they tell me the ones today have velocity limiters of some type now, I do not know anything about them, or if it is true or not, I really don't care one way or another anyway.
One of My all time favorites was the 1992 Yamaha DT 125 cc 2 stroke street legal dirt bike, and I can tell you it was hella fast, capable of exceeding 120 MPH easy, without red lining the RPM gauge.
Those dirt bikes were easy and cheap to maintain, parts being cheap too.
I used to open the 2 stroke oil adjustment for longer engine life, shorter spark plug life, spark plugs being cheaper and easier to change as opposed to engine rebuilding.
The dirt bike can take you places only mountain goats dare to tread......
The Dominican Republic has some of the best trails and is a great place for a vacation.....

It depends on what make of bike it is
