There are two different types of 90cc units. Here are the best answers I have considering I have been selling these for years:
A 90cc Fully Automatic will go about 25MPH. This is because the engine has one gear and to avoid losing power off the start it is geared to perform in both top and low end the best for kids.
A 90cc semi automatic will go much faster considering you can shift gears and adjust the rpm's based on the terrain. I would say a 90cc semi automatic will go about 40 mph+ also depending on the riders weight.
The average speed of a 90cc ATV is about 26 miles ( 42km\h).

70 mph
It goes 65mph
about 40mph+ or 50mph+ depending on riders weight
90cc is equal to 1/3 cup.
First off, be more specific. What Mario kart? 2nd, I don't believe there is a 70cc.
it can probably go about 100 miles per hour and it depends about the gears how much gears it has
With magic, 2hundred miles per hour
with a 90 pound rider about 40-45-50, just depends
2009 polaris scrambler 90cc a 4 stroke
