The Gold Wing 1200 series came with full fairing and saddlebags, so weight and wind resistance should be consistent on all bikes. I had a 1984 Gold Wing up to 115 mph in a strong wind, and it wasn't fully wound out yet. I suspect that 120 would be a reasonable expectation. Plenty fast for two wheels!
