The rev limited top speed on a Buell XB12 is approximately 135 mph for 2003 thru 2007 models and 140 mph for 2008 thru 2010 models. The 2008+ models got an increased rev-limit, from 6,800 rpm to 7,100 rpm, thus the higher top speed.
The above of course applies to a tucked-in, aerodynamically clad rider, not a fat man wearing a parachute.
I've had a XB12X, with K&N airfilter, Xb12XT front fender and better exhaust to 147 mph, windshield bent and it felt like there was plenty left but my nerve ran out-rev limiter disabled. More intelligent people would have done this. ;-)
