i need to know what the factory setting is for the fuel air mixture on a 1995 Yamaha blaster.
17 hp
About 1 quart
the oil is called type F it was originaly made for ford motors but most people put it in the blaster
for every 9.2 litters of gas add 16 ml of 2 stroke premix oil wich is 32-1
It does not have a carburetor.
No
The 1997 Ford Ranger engines are fuel injected , so no carburetor
Most of these can not be adjusted, if the mixture is wrong it is probably due to the carburetor being dirty and requiring a tear down and cleaning.

several things. Dirty carb, poor battery, spark plug/wire is shot, throttle issues. i know this sounds stupid, but check the gas too.
To set the idle screw on a 1997 Yamaha 350 Big Bear, first warm up the engine to its normal operating temperature. Locate the idle adjustment screw on the carburetor, which is typically found on the side of the carburetor body. Turn the screw clockwise to increase the idle speed or counterclockwise to decrease it, adjusting until the engine idles smoothly at around 1,200 RPM. Finally, ensure that the throttle responds properly without stalling or racing.
On a 1997 Yamaha Big Bear 350, the hose at the bottom of the carburetor typically connects to the overflow or drain line. This line allows any excess fuel or overflow from the carburetor to drain safely away from the engine. Ensure the hose is securely attached to prevent fuel leaks and maintain proper function of the carburetor. Always consult the specific service manual for your model for precise information.
