Interesting question. Obviously depends on the brand, the usage and the maintenance. I have had a commercial Toro self propelled walk behind for 12 years. In fact none of my Toro walk behinds have ever caused me any trouble. Course for $1200 bux they better last!!
John Deere lawn mowers are famous for being very high quality and with the proper care having quite a long life.
Kubota lawn mowers are extremely long lasting! These are alot more efficient than name brands like Craftsman and John Deere, especially when it comes to fuel efficiency. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a lawn mower for their own use or commercial use.
The majority of lawn mowers are not robots. That is not to say that all lawn mowers are not robots. Some companies have been manufacturing robotic lawn mowers (Lawnbott, Norman, etc.)
Sensation Lawn Mowers was created in 1944.
Sensation Lawn Mowers ended in 1951.
Yes, most lawn mowers have spark plugs.
The main difference between commercial and personal lawn mowers is simply the durability of the machines themselves. Personal lawn mowers are manufactured to last through many years of once per week mowing. On the other hand commercial mowers are built to handle daily long hours of mowing year round. Most commercial mowers also have wider mowing decks and wider blades to perform the job faster.

The answer is going to depend on the size of the battery and what you are mowing. 12-volt batteries provide 30 - 40 minutes of mowing time; 24-volt mowers last 40 - 75 minutes; and 36-volt mowers run for up to 90 minutes. If your lawn is thick, lush or tall then the charge may not last as long.
I prefer John Deere or Snapper lawn mowers. They are more expensive, but they are made to last. Home Depot and Lowe's both sell these lawn mowers, so you can compare prices between the two.
lawn mowers are used to mow lawns so ur grass is shorter.
