Yes they do make the flhp, which is the road king police in the 103ci starting in 2007 model year and up
A Harley Davidson with a 103 cubic inch (ci) engine typically produces around 70 to 75 horsepower in its stock form. With a Stage 4 tuning, which includes performance upgrades like a high-flow air intake, exhaust system, and advanced tuning, the horsepower can increase significantly, potentially reaching between 90 to 100 horsepower or more, depending on the specific modifications and tuning.

I have a 2011 street glide with a 103ci motor. I had the stock pipes replaced with Bub7 true duals and I added a Roland Sands breather with a Power Commander 5 and it dyno'd at 85HP and 103 pounds of Torque. The tuner said a stock Harley usually is around 75HP. I have a 2012 street glide(FLHX) with a 103ci motor. I had the stock pipes replaced with V&H Dresser Duals and I also added a Roland Sands high air flow breather with a Power Commander V and it dyno'd at 80.99Hp and 102.86 Ft. Lbs of Torque. The tuner said a bone stock 2012 Harley usually is around 68HP due to having a catalytic converter.
