$1400 why are you selling it?
The crf150r is a much better bike than the cr85. Honda no longer make the cr85 and if the two were racing each other the 150 would usually come out on top. Being a 4 stroke it has a much more even power delivery.
It has about 20bhp as stock but with parts such as new pipe and v force etc it can be as much as about 24-25bhp, hope this helps
Depends on where you live and if you take it to a Honda dealer or an independent mechanic.
I have had both bikes, a 2005 CR85 and a 2007 CRF150R. I prefer the 150r much more, and I can pull the holeshot on my stock 150 over all those 85's. The four-stroke power (torque) is amazing, feels like a mini 250.
There is no timing belt on 2004 Honda accord, but a timing chain.
