I couldn't find one either but I was able to resurrect my caliper without one.
I'm in California so my caliper was corroded, but not too severely. I carefully removed the dust boot, applied WD40 liberally to the piston, waited a bit, pressed it in the caliper with a C clamp, applied more WD40, then popped the piston out with about 100lbs of compressed air ( use a folded rag to cushion it on exit ). I carefully picked the seal out of the bore with a tiny screwdriver and wiped it down with new brake fluid. I polished the piston with WD40 & 1500 wet-dry sandpaper and polished the bore with a socket wrapped in WD40 soaked 1500 wet-dry paper. I washed and dried both, lubed all internals with brake fluid, and reassembled. It works like new. Get used to reusing old components. Other items, like carb gaskets, aren't available either.
