run the wire that goes in the battery directly to the positive side of the batt.problem solved
I have an 82 Sabre and solved this by removing the battery probe and inline resistor, it unplugs from the sending wire at a connector a couple of inches from the probe. Connect the sending wire to any positive wire, insulate the connection to avoid shorting the electrical system. I kept the old connector intact and saved probe in case some time I will want to reinstall the battery probe.
A sabre is a light sword.
Well, you see..... You hit a button, then you make a sound with your mouth.. and BAM!! You have a light sabre.
Install a test light in series with the - battery cable. If light is on there is an active circuit in vehicle. Remove fuses one at a time until light goes out - that will be the active circuit. could be trunk or glove box light or other hidden accessory. At times the voltage regulator circuit will not open on vehicle shut down - which would cause a drain on the battery.
disconnect the battery for 30 seconds to reset the light. It will come back on later when it figures out the catalyst is missing.
Sure why not
The stx sabre is very light, however it dents fairly easy. The summit does not seem to be as light. They both are alright shafts though.
Why in the world would you want to do that? The light is there to warn you there is a problem with the charging system. If it is on, there is a reason. But if you insist, just pull the bulb out.
It's the saber in the weapon shop for 999,999
A Sabre is a heavy single-edged sword, with a curved blade. Cavalry (horsemen), used the Sabre during war. As far as a light Sabre goes, no, they are not real.
In my experience this usually does mean that the alternator is not sending the battery enough charge. Many auto parts stores will bench test your alternator for free, some can even test it while it is still on your car. I recommend getting it tested. They can also test your battery; you would be surprised how fast a battery can go bad. Sometimes you can get a battery that is just a lemon. I hope this is helpful.
Well, wouldn't you be dead if you were stabbed in the chest, heart or head?
