It depends on the engine type. If it is the older type with a starter clutch, the ball bearings could be froze up in the starter clutch. Just take the flywheel cover off (the thing with the rope on it) and pope the cover off of the starter clutch. Clean the ball bearings and the surfaces and oil it with motor oil and reassemble. The starter rope could be tangled itself. You can remove the flywheel cover and the rope should pull out easily and retract back in easily. If it is still stuck, its tangled in the flywheel cover or the spring that retracts the rope back in is damaged. The newer style engines with the starter clutch that has the arms fly out (the start clutch is part of the flywheel cover instead of part of the engine like on the older style). These ones are harder to prepare and usually it is better to replace them. If you have a salvage yard nearby you can usually find a junked engine you can pull one off of. These small engines are very simple and fun to work on. It could be a great learning experience and I recommend you try to fix it. Many people through good mowers out each year because they don't bother trying to fix simple problems.
Pull in on the rope and lean back, also get very low on the corners
You can by the jump/pull rope in the discount shop, which you can walk there with your Nintendogs.
A rope.
Pull.
Force can be either a push or a pull. When you push a door open or pull a rope, you are applying a force in that direction.
Keep it tied to a rope and pull on the rope
Find a item that you can put a rope over. Then take the rope and hook it to your underwear. Finally pull step forward pull harder andstep back tie both ends of the rope to each other pull it tight. There you GO!!!!
In your inventory pull the rope to the life buoy. They will combine.
A pulley is a wheel and axel which reduces the friction created by a cable being pulled across it, a rope over a wood beam would have increased friction, making it more difficult to pull. Numerous pulleys would reduce the amount of tension force required to move a load, making it easier to pull.
If the cord broke its acutally not that hard to fix. Take off the cover over the pull starter. Because when you take it off that you don't drop it because in some cases the assembly will just be sitting in there and if you drop it you could have a big mess! Remove all old pieces of the rope. Spin the part the pull rope gets tied to around about 6-10 times. Once you spun it hold on to it and feed in the pull rope. Be sure to only put it in where it will pop though the hole. Pull it thought the hole. Tie a knot it about 2-4 times over each other. Slowly let go and it will wind up. If it doesn't wind up you either have to long of a rope or didn't wind it up enough.
it will stretch
Muscles are like ropes in a way that muscles can only pull (contract) not push. Think of a rope you can grab the rope and pull it
