A pro scooter typically consists of several key parts: the deck, which serves as the platform for the rider; the handlebars, which provide steering and control; the fork, connecting the handlebars to the wheel; the wheels, which allow for movement and tricks; and the brake, used to slow down or stop. Additionally, the grips enhance comfort and grip on the handlebars, while the compression system ensures stability and tightness of the scooter's components. Some scooters also feature a headset for smooth steering and a variety of other components, such as pegs for tricks.
I would say amazon.com would be the best place to get pro scooter parts online.
no scooter doesnt take a headset all headsets fit eachother , if a razor ultra pro didnt have a headset the scooter would not spin .
Ultra pro...but I personally think razor pro are better then the ultra pro.

Scooter parts, depending on the brand of scooter, are available on Amazon or through the dealer the scooter was purchased from. It may prove to be cheaper to search for parts on eBay, but these parts may not be in the best condition.
