A moped going at top speed may slow down due to factors like friction from the brakes, wind resistance, or a decrease in engine performance, such as fuel starvation or overheating. If the rider eases off the throttle or encounters an incline, this can also contribute to the slowdown. Once the conditions improve—like the rider accelerating again or descending a hill—the moped can pick up speed once more. Additionally, mechanical issues or variations in terrain may influence these speed changes.
my 50 cc moped can go 30-35 at top speed
There's no such thing as a 250cc moped. A moped is a 50cc scooter with a top speed of 30mph restricted.

terminal velocity on a 50cc moped would be approximately 120mph.(if flung from an airplane) average ground speed of 50cc moped under its own power would be about 14mph
the max speed is 90 km/h
Not technically, because it does not have pedals. Moped stands for motor pedal. If it does not have pedals, it is not a true moped. It is technically a motorcycle, but you could likely get away with it as a moped because of the slow top speed and the fully automatic transmission.
The Forte moped is manufactured by Yamaha. It has a 125cc engine and a top speed of 27 miles per hour.

not all there is a certain speed limit that the moped can do, i think its around 45 km and you dont need a licence
If your moped's maximum speed is 30 mph, yes, you will need to complete a training course, and obtain a class M2 license. No license and no training course are required if the moped's maximum speed is 20 mph. See the site referenced below.
That is a matter of personal opinion and is also influenced to some extent on the use you intend for it. If you like to go off road then a Trails or Enduro Moped would be best. If you care more about speed then a Sports moped would suit you best and for economy a commuter moped or scooter.
sears stock 1970 2 speed worth alot now
